Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Toronto

Suspended above a colonnaded entry at the University of Toronto's downtown campus is Foster and Partners' first Canadian commission. The Faculty of Pharmacy now has a skylight piercing all 13 floors, concrete hanging 'pods' containing lecture theatres and the reading room and faculty lounge perched on the roof.
