Blue Tower

Bernard Tschumi's first residential project is going up on Manhattan's Lower East Side. Come next winter, the site – which was previously home to famous kosher eaterie Ratner's – will be drawing the crowds with this angular glass building. Called Blue, the 16-storey tower will house 32 swanky apartments.
